MARK SCOTT : CITY MANAGER

Mr. Scott comes to Culver City from Spartanburg, South Carolina, where he has been City Manager since November of 2003. Previously, he served as City Manager of Beverly Hills for almost 14 years - the longest serving city manager in that city's history. Before being appointed City Manager, he was Beverly Hills' Director of Environmental Services, responsible for the City's community development-related departments.
