The Committee shall have the following objectives:
The Committee on Permits and Licenses (COPL) has been established to assist the City to expedite the processing of various applications for special event permits, information card permits, and business licenses permits. The Committee meets each Wednesday at 11:00 a.m.in the Mike Balkman Council Chambers.
