The General Plan Advisory Committee (GPAC) meets on the second Thursday of every other month at 7 PM, or at another time and place agreed upon by the GPAC, which will facilitate the attendance and input of the public. The City Council established the GPAC and appointed its members to advise on the City's General Plan Update (GPU). Its primary roles are to support equitable and meaningful participation by the public in the GPU process and provide a community perspective on policies and programs proposed for the updated General Plan.
