The City's Zoning Code regulates land uses within the boundaries of Culver City. The Code establishes zoning districts (e.g. Residential, Mixed-Use, Industrial) and establishes the review and approval process for development in the City. The Zoning Code is meant to protect and promote the public health, safety, and general welfare of residents and businesses in the City. The Zoning Code is effective beginning October 9, 2024.
