A virtual EIR Scoping Meeting for the 2045 General Plan and Zoning Code Update will be held on Thursday, March 7th, 2024 at 6 PM. The purpose of the EIR Scoping Meeting will be to solicit input and written comments from agencies and the public on environmental issues or alternatives they believe the EIR should address. The meeting will be open to the public and begin with a presentation followed by a public comment session. Comments can be submitted by email in advance to advance.planning@culvercity.org. An EIR Scoping Meeting was previously held in the spring of 2022, and the project description has since been updated to include the associated Zoning Code Updates to implement the General Plan Land Use Element and Map.

From February 15th to March 18th, view and make comments on the Recirculated Notice of Preparation (NOP). An NOP was previously circulated for the General Plan project in the spring of 2022. The project description has now been updated to include the associated Zoning Code Updates to implement the General Plan Land Use Element and Map.
