The purpose of the Culver City Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration and Juneteenth Celebration Advisory Committee is to advise and make recommendations to the City Council and the Director of Parks, Recreation, and Community Services on policies and issues related to the City’s annual Martin Luther King, Jr. Celebration and Juneteenth Celebration.

How to Submit a Written Public Comment Prior to a Meeting: Find the active eComment link to the right of the agenda date, then add your comment to the agenda item you choose, no later than 4:00 PM on the day of the meeting. Watch a video tutorial on How to make an eComment.
How to Request to Speak at a PRCS Commission Meeting: Those interested in providing a public comments are strongly encouraged to request to speak as soon after the agenda is posted, to ensure inclusion on the speaker list. Visit Meetings & Agendas Page and select the appropriate Meeting Date in the "Request to Speak at a Meeting" section to the right, indicate how you will attend (in-person or virtually) and specify the agenda item(s) on which you wish to speak by selecting the agenda item number (for example A-1, PH-2, C-3.) At the start of each agenda item, staff will read the names of those who have requested to speak in advance on an agenda item. After the start of the meeting, those attending in-person shall register when they arrive, via a virtual speaker card by clicking the QR CODE or on a signup sheet. Those attending virtually shall send a "chat" to the host to request to speak.
