The Current Planning Division is pleased to invite your participation in an Administrative Decision concerning:

WHO:           PodShare for Social Good, Elvina Beck (Applicant)

WHAT:        Proposal to convert an existing 1,302 square foot office use to supportive housing with associated office space and a 108 square foot addition to rear of structure.  (Case No.: Administrative Site Plan Review P2024-0107-ASPR).

Zoning:  Commercial General (CG)                  General Plan:  General Corridor

WHERE:      Project Location:  12467 Washington Boulevard

WHY:           The Culver City Municipal Code requires a 15-day public review period for administrative decisions, during which time the Current Planning Division solicits comments from the public.  Following the conclusion of the public review period, an Administrative Decision will be made.

WHEN:        Public Comment Period: Friday, June 21, 2024 through Monday, July 8, 2024.

CEQA:         The proposed Project is considered exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) pursuant Section 15303, Class 3 – Conversion of Small Structures because the conversion of the existing use from office use to supportive housing includes only minor modifications to the exterior of the structure.
