8809 Washington Blvd - Ivy Station Tract Map Modification

On display until October 09, 2024, 11:59 PM

The Planning Commission is pleased to invite your participation in a Public Hearing concerning the following:

WHO:      Ivy Station LLC (Applicant and Property Owner)

WHAT:     Consideration of an Amending Map (corrections to a recorded Tract Map) governing subdivisions at Ivy Station located at 8809 Washington Blvd, 8900 Venice Blvd, and 8824-8846 National Blvd in PD 11 Zone. Tract No. 73978, as recorded, includes 3 ground lots and 9 airspace lots. After Project construction, it was discovered that new airspace lots are needed, and some airspace lot lines need adjustments to outline easement and building areas. The Project requests an Amending Map to add air space lots 13 to 19, within the tract area, and adjust lot lines. The application does not include any other changes or additional construction.
