Welcome to the City of Culver City's Public Works Environmental Programs and Operations (EPO) Division. We are the City's exclusive franchise collector of trash, recycling, organics, and construction and demolition debris. 

Contact the Public Works Environmental Programs and Operations customer service office at (310) 253-6400, Monday – Friday 7:00 am - 3:00 pm if you need assistance with the following:

  • Recycling, trash, and/ or organics waste questions or assessment
  • Replace or order additional organics or recycling containers
  • Change trash service level
