In order to have a yard sale, a no-fee permit must be requested from and issued by the City.
Residents are allowed to request a permit once every 6 months.
Your sale can be a maximum of either 3 consecutive days in a row or 4 days over two consecutive weekends.
The Business Tax Division of the Finance Department will respond via email with a decision once your application has been reviewed. This usually takes up to 2 business days. If no response has been received after 2 business days, please check your spam or junk folder.

Any person violating any provision of this Code shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor, and shall be punished by a fine not to exceed One Thousand Dollars ($1,000), imprisonment for a term not exceeding six (6) months, or both. Every day any violation of the CODE shall continue shall constitute a separate offense.
