The City's Complete Streets Design Standards—now available in Final Draft for public review(PDF, 107MB)—unify City's various mobility plans and policies into a consolidated set of public right-of-way design requirements. The Standards ensure that the way in which the City plans, designs, and constructs & improves streets enables safe access for all users, regardless of age or ability.
On March 10, 2025, the City released the Final Draft of the Complete Streets Design Standards. City staff will be hosting a series of public engagement events where the public can learn more about the Final Draft and submit their feedback. Can't make it to an engagement event? Submit your feedback online! The public comment period closes on Friday, April 11, 2025.

The Final Draft reflects extensive updates and revisions as a result of public feedback received during the first public comment period for the Standards, which ran from September 30, 2024, through November 29, 2024. Updates include:
